How it works

No oracles. No randomness fees. Pure on-chain mechanics.

1
Buy

Buy at least 0.0044 ETH worth of $EPOT. Your purchase makes you the current "last buyer."

2
Be Last

Stay the last qualifying buyer until the round closes ~5 minutes later. Anyone who buys after you takes your spot.

3
Win

When the round closes, 99% of the pot is sent directly to your wallet. New round starts. Repeat.

Tax → pot
80%
The pot funds itself. 5% of every buy and sell is converted to ETH. 80% feeds the current pot. 20% buys back tokens and sends them to 0x…dEaD — permanent burn. Last 2 blocks of each window can't qualify (anti-snipe), and the exact closing block is randomized 0–5 blocks within the window.

FAQ

The questions, answered.

How is the winner picked?

Whoever made the most recent qualifying buy when the round closes wins. No oracles, no VRF, no randomness fees — fully deterministic on-chain.

What counts as a qualifying buy?

Any buy of at least 0.0044 ETH (≈ $15). Below that, your buy still goes through, but it doesn't update the "last buyer."

When does a round close?

After approximately 25 blocks (5 minutes) the window opens. The exact closing block is randomized 0–5 blocks within that window — anti-bot mitigation. Buys in the last 2 blocks of the window don't qualify (anti-snipe).

How does the round actually close?

Two ways: (1) Auto-close — the first trade after the window automatically closes the round; the trader who triggered it earns 1% of the pot. (2) Manual close — anyone can call closeRound() directly to claim the 1% caller reward when there's no trade activity.

What's the tax?

5% on every buy and 5% on every sell. Of that, 80% feeds the current pot (after being swapped to ETH), 20% buys back EPOT tokens and burns them.

Can the team rug?

Liquidity is locked via UNCX (link in the footer). Trading parameters are bounded by the contract: tax is hardcapped at 10%, slippage settings are bounded, blocked addresses can never include the pair/router/contract itself. The owner cannot drain the pot or contract-held tokens; only ETH withdrawal is possible, and it requires a 24-hour timelock.

Can bots dominate?

Realistically, yes — competitive last-buyer games attract MEV. The 2-block anti-snipe buffer and randomized closing block raise the bar. Don't compete with bots on capital efficiency; play for the meta-game (community, narrative, multi-round strategy).

What happens if no one buys in a round?

The pot rolls over to the next round. It accumulates indefinitely until someone qualifies. A long quiet period builds a juicy pot for whoever steps in.

How do I claim my prize?

You don't need to. Winnings are sent directly to your wallet when the round closes. Just hold the qualifying-buy position when the timer hits zero.
